Job Description
A Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to users in an organization, maintaining desktop systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of computer systems.
Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and upgrading computer systems, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and training users on new technologies.
