Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional service to customers to promote and sell products
- Help customers search for suitable products if needed
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and offer high levels of customer service
- Maintain excellent standards of visual merchandising, point of sale, and housekeeping
- Ensure every customer has a pleasant shopping experience
- Check and replenish stock
- Ensure display items on shelves are neat and presentable
- Perform monthly inventory checks
- Cashiering Duties
- Any other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- “N” Level & above
- WSQ certificate in Retail or Customer Service Course
- At least 2 years’ retail experience with cashiering preferred
- Jovial, energetic, presentable, and confident
- Able to work independently
