Job Description

The Patient Service Assistant will provide administrative support to the clinic and ensure smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include:

• Performing counter duties such as registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection, and banking
• Attending to walk-in and call-in patient enquiries
• Liaising with dental laboratories for lab reports and dental works
• Maintaining inventory of office supplies and stationery
• Coordinating with Head Office on all matters
• Performing assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum Secondary education
• Experience in sales coordination
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Cheerful and pleasant personality
• Conversant in basic computer skills
• Willing to travel
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (Off day on Sunday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $1,700.00 – $2,200.00 per month

• Day shift, Monday to Friday with weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th-month salary
