Job Description
– Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required
– Provide status of work in process, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions
– Provide quality, cost-effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement
– Ma provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested
– This position reports directly to the operations manager or Service Delivery lead
– This position will work closely with all Team Members and relevant Business units
– Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and networking events
– Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment
– Ensure that all recommendations made suit the client and their business
– Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales from each account
– Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders
– Continually meet targets, KPI’s, and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
