Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to company employees. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining systems, and ensuring network security.
You will also assist in the setup of new equipment, conduct regular system upgrades, and help employees with IT-related queries. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of operating systems and network protocols, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
