Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the room and keep the environment tidy at all times.
- Able to take food and drink orders, cashiering, and perform other ad hoc duties as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.
- Ensure guests receive attention at all times.
- Build and maintain a good rapport with guests.
- Manage and deliver/serve drinks/food.
- Perform general basic services.
- Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Able to communicate in English/Mandarin.
- Minimum O-level education.
- Outgoing, presentable, and service-oriented.
- Cheerful, independent, and self-motivated.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
