Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of M&E infrastructure.
- Supervise preventive maintenance activities and ad-hoc works orders on mechanical, electrical, and other installed M&E systems.
- Experience in critical M&E facilities or ACMV, electrical, or fire systems is advantageous.
- Capable of impact assessment during system faults and ensuring service continuity.
- Follow incident escalation process and site processes diligently.
- Proactively identify site abnormalities, suggest improvements, and propose solutions.
- Prepare and review SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
- Monitor equipment, conduct general facilities duties, and perform simple repair works.
- Flexible with 24×7 rotating shifts.
Requirements:
- Experience in data center facilities management is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,300.00 – $3,00.00 per month
