Job Description
We are currently looking for a computer literate Purchase Clerk to join our team at MEC ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Purchase Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing purchase orders
- Matching purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices and preparing for invoicing
- Ensuring goods are delivered to the site on time
- Comparing quotations of different goods, materials, and equipment to be used for construction work
- Arranging equipment and tools to be repaired, serviced, and maintained
