Job Description
We are looking for an individual with a positive and outgoing personality to join HAN ACADEMY PTE. LTD. as an Accounts and Admin Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reports directly to Group Financial Controller and Accountant
- Perform various accounting responsibilities related to AP and AR
- Prepare intercompany billings and maintain proper documentation
- Provide admin supports and liaise with Company Secretary and auditor
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in accounting or finance
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Moneyworks, Numbers, and Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, willing to learn, responsible, organized, and able to multi-task
- Expected to work either 3 half-days or 2 full days per week
