Job Description
Job Description:
- Analyze and structure projects and requirements with stakeholders for optimal solutions
- Lead functional solution elaboration with business and IT teams
- Define solutions and implementation roadmap, involving technical teams
- Develop use cases for User Acceptance Test
- Manage decision-making processes, design stages, validation, and approvals
- Coordinate implementation and act as a contact point for business users
- Responsible for end-to-end project management activities, stakeholder and relationship management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5+ years Core Banking project management experience
- Expertise in Core Banking Processes, transaction capture, settlement, and more
- Knowledge of Securities, Payments, Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, etc.
- Experience in Regulatory Reporting, Reconciliation, Payment systems, and project management tools
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VISIO
- Singapore Citizens highly preferred
