Job Description
What the role is:
This position involves working within the Enterprise Development Group (EDG) at WSG Workforce Singapore Agency.
What you will be working on:
You will be part of a team responsible for planning and coordinating jobs transformation and workforce transformation approaches across Divisions. Your role will include managing related program(s), data collection and analysis, policy reviews, and engaging with various stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
Requirements:
Equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Knowledge/Skills:
Good knowledge of data or program management, communication skills, and experience in policy or planning roles within a government agency.
Abilities/Aptitudes:
Strong analytical skills, teamwork, interest in workforce issues, and resourcefulness.
