Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Maintenance Planning & Cost Control department in SIA’s Engineering Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform invoice verification and processing of Vendors and MRO invoices
- Assist in collating cost charges to facilitate warranty and insurance claims
- Assist in preparing cost data for capitalization reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly maintenance cost reports
- Update the invoices status tracker
- Maintain and update Contracts database
- Help to organise regular meetings with service providers to resolve invoice disputes and contract clarifications
- Complete any other duties assigned to meet team objectives
Requirements
- Possesses a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance; Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Able to work independently, collaboratively, and under tight deadlines
- Adaptable to changes and a problem solver
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
