Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of tender documents, bill of quantities, and project budget.
- Assessment of monthly progress claims.
- Cost analysis and control.
- Evaluation and negotiation of contracts.
- Collaboration with project teams for budget adherence.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building / Construction or Quantity Surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Independent and responsible for assigned projects.
- Resourceful with good subcontractor relationships.
Other:
- 5.5 working days per week (Alternate Saturday).
- Working hours: 8.00am-5.30pm (Mon to Thur), 8.00am-5.00pm (Fri), 8.00am-12.00pm (Sat).
- Location: 24/26 Tuas Avenue 2.
- Transport provided near Choa Chu Kang MRT & Boon Lay MRT.
