Job Description

  • To work with and advise sales person on available machines and attachments for rental or sales based on customer requirements.
  • To coordinate with supervisor and mechanics for machine status and readiness for delivery, sales, or after repair.
  • To conduct machine pre-delivery inspections and issue checklists.
  • To take photos before delivery or client self-collection and disseminate accordingly.
  • To arrange transportation and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • To oversee machine inspection upon return from rental, take photos, and inform relevant parties.
  • To assign and work with on-site and in-house mechanics, recording jobs done accordingly.
  • To liaise with and assign mobile mechanics for urgent breakdown requests.
  • Keep track of parts purchased/jobs done for individual machines and conduct pre-repair inspections.
  • Follow up on repair job status until completion and issue delivery orders.
  • Assist in customer service and breakdown calls, arranging jobs as needed.
  • Arrange PE for new applications or renewals and multitask effectively, working beyond regular hours if required.
  • Liaise with operations and sales departments, preparing documentation for submission before delivery.
  • Update customers on order/repair status and submit reports with photos and job sheets.
  • Support the sales/operations team when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,00.00 – $4,00.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 18/07/2024
