Job Description:

• Assist Accountant on month end closing, ensure accuracy and timely closure of monthly accounts.
• Perform day to day accounts payable functions.
• Ensure accurate data entry into ERP system with necessary documents.
• Attend to queries on invoices and payments.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation and Journal Voucher preparation.
• Process vendor payments and staff claims accurately.
• Preparation and checking of petty cash replenishments.
• Responsible for Quarterly GST filing.
• Assist in year-end audit and preparation of schedules.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy with 2-3 years of experience.
• Specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
