Job Description
EP Education is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to generate sales and new business opportunities, while providing excellent after-sales support for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving set targets
- Building business by identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Identifying business opportunities by evaluating prospects, researching and analyzing sales options
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Identifying product improvements or new products by staying updated on industry trends and competitors
- Maintaining quality service by enforcing organization standards
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and participating in professional societies
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
- N Levels or Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office would be an advantage
- Any experience dealing with schools/edu sector is an advantage
Add-on:
- Basic Salary Range: $2,500.00 to $3,500.00 per month (depending on experience)
- Phone and Transport Reimbursement allowed
- Commission uncapped
- Attractive quarterly tier bonus
- 2 telemarketers in the team to assist in getting leads and appointments
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
