Job Description

• To assist in answering phone calls and emails
• To attend to customer enquiry, provide quotation, and follow up with customers on PO
• General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and sorting of documents
• To generate DO and job order for production team
• To arrange delivery of goods to customers, ensure documents are signed, and update the system
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Able to work independently
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
