Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the client on design, product, and set-up requirements.
• Brief and follow up with the designer for final artwork (FA).
• Prepare a brief form and liaise with the in-house production team on specific requirements.
• Brief installers on execution specifications.
• Conduct on-site inspection to ensure timely project completion.
• Attend project meetings at client’s office and project site.
• Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and reports for the Project Manager.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in construction management or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a signage contractor firm.
• Knowledge in carpentry, material, fabrication, finishing, and installation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,650.00 – $4,00.00 per month

Experience:

License/Certification:
