Job Description
- Assist in answering phone calls and emails
- Attend to customer enquiry, provide quotation and follow up with the customer on PO.
- Issuing of Delivery Orders.
- Issuing Job Orders to the production department.
- Arrange goods to be delivered to customers and ensure documents are signed and updated in the system.
- Data entry, general administrative duties.
- No experience needed, training will be provided.
