Job Description
Working location: UE Bizhub West
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure effective resource utilization within budget constraints
- Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs
- Analyze existing processes for improvement opportunities
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor process effectiveness
- Oversee and manage operational projects from initiation to completion
- Prepare reports on operational performance and present findings to management
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate cost-effectiveness
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Entry level candidates welcome, training provided
