• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Marine Industry
• Position Title: Admin Assistant/ Admin Officer
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8.00 am – 5.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $2400 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations and Sales departments.
• Handle all paperwork, including document preparation, review, and distribution.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all company documents.
• Accurately input data into company systems and databases.
• Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
• Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.
