Job Description
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3+ relevant working experience
- Assign workloads and schedules to maximize performance
- Lead, guide, and mentor operations team to meet customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and procedures
- Recommend equipment, tooling, and processes to support business objectives
- Monitor and manage operational aspects of productions continuously
- Evaluate and control spending for manufacturing operating budgets
- Evaluate and assess performance levels of operations staff
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures
- Hands-on knowledge of Server, Systems, Network, storage & virtualization
- Implement security best practices, including regular system updates and team operations management
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization for optimal resource utilization and responsiveness
- Manage Windows-based server infrastructure, perform regular updates, and system optimizations
