Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a PMO Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding of onshore and offshore resources for all projects within the account. Collaborating with stakeholders is vital to ensure a seamless process for new and existing resources. Your role includes coordinating with project teams, assisting resources, liaising with clients, and maintaining necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to handle multiple project teams’ needs.
- Comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders at different management levels.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grasp the purpose of processes.
