Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Record purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process payments for purchase invoices.
• Issue invoices and apply training grants as necessary.
• Record sales invoices into the Accounting system.
• Record customer payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank statements.

Requirements:

• ‘O’ level or diploma in Accounting
• With at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in Written and Spoken English
• Excellent attention to detail/figures and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments.
