Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of the Centre
Liaising with tutors, parents, and students
Provide quality customer service through understanding customers’ queries and needs
Ensure all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved, and closed within the agreed timeframe
Ensure student resources, stationery, and merchandise are well stocked in the Centre
Monitor and escalate any urgent/complex issues to management
Counter sales of tuition packages
Coordinating marketing and sales activities at the branch
Communicating with parents on new tuition schedules at the start of every semester or academic year
Administer daily and monthly reports
Periodic preparation for new academic years and semesters
Must be energetic and have a business mindset
Able to work weekends
