Job Description
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM to 1 PM)
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly handle customer inquiries
- Inform all discrepancies to the respective customer via email
- Perform administrative support for order processing, fulfillment, and deliveries
- Assist in the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with import and export operations for accuracy in documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the Warehouse Management System
- Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Professional Background:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse coordination experience
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
- Good team player and independent worker
- Self-confident, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Forklift license is an added advantage
