Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the Centre
- Liaising with tutors, parents, and students
- Provide quality customer service through understanding customers’ queries and needs
- Manage and resolve all customer enquiries promptly
- Ensure stocked student resources, stationery, and merchandise
- Monitor and escalate urgent issues to management
- Counter sales of tuition packages
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities at branch
- Communicate with parents on new tuition schedules
- Administer daily and monthly reports
- Prepare for new academic years and semesters
- Must be energetic with a business mindset
- Able to work weekends
