Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior executives and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key responsibilities include managing executives’ calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with integrity.
The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a similar role and proficiency in MS Office are desirable.
