Job Description

Working schedule: 5 Days/Week (Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Weekends & Public Holidays: OFF

Salary: $2,400 to $2,600 per month

Working Location: 48 Tuas Ave 9, Convenient Transport: Pick-up from Boon Lay MRT at 7:30 AM

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases
• Handle day-to-day office and admin duties like answering phone calls, mailing data entry, collect mails from letter boxes, purchase order, filing and etc;
