Job Description
Fugran Singapore Pte Ltd is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Company Director with various tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Issuing documents
- Local document delivery via courier services like Grab or Lalamove
- Invoicing clients and managing overdue invoices
- Communicating with suppliers, coordinating services, and preparing service reports
- Recording expenses in the accounting system
- Managing service orders and tracking service completion
- Providing general administrative support
