Job Scope:
- Acquire quotations aligned with project specs
- Execute purchasing and materials planning
- Generate and dispatch purchase orders
- Review inventory stocking policies
- Strategize bulk purchasing for discounts
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate shipments and negotiate pricing
- Collaborate with accounting for timely payments
- Other tasks assigned by management
