The Company
They are one of the esteemed names in the Commodities industry. Currently, they are expanding their operations in the market and are looking for an experienced Contract Analyst seeking an aspiring career in this industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft physical contracts based on deals
- Review contracts from counterparties
- Advise on necessary amendments and ensure corrections are indicated in the contracts
- Work closely with Traders, Operators, Finance, and other relevant departments
- Any other ad-hoc involvement in Projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or relevant education
- Minimum 3 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in the Commodities industry (Iron Ore or Coal)
- Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, proactive, and organized
