Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning boss’s schedule
- Responsible for booking venues
- Responsible for processing invoices
- Handling incoming calls
- Taking care of doing meeting minutes
Requirement:
- Good personality
Work location: Kaki Bukit Station (Blue Line DT28 Kaki Bukit MRT)
Working hour: Monday to Friday 9.00am-6.00pm
Monthly holiday: 8 days
Fixed salary: $3500 + $300 living allowance
Comprehensive salary range: $4300 – $500+
