Job Description
1. Need to support the sales team to their projects.
2. Liaises with the vendor and obtains samples for designer requests.
3. To review and keep updated on new products in the market.
4. Conduct educating the sales team on new product special features.
5. Requires hard work ethic.
6. Good communication skills with customers.
7. Efficient time management.
8. Strong bookkeeping and fund management abilities.
9. Assist sales team in providing quotations.
10. Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous.
11. Freehand drawing skills desired.
12. Manage projects effectively.
13. Risk assessment record management.
14. Safety entry record maintenance.
15. Ability to assign scopes of work to workers.
16. Site traffic control responsibilities.
17. Ensure completion of works adheres to standards.
18. Proficient in computer systems.
