Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations for smooth service.
- Supervise and train staff on customer service and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and handle customer feedback.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Participate in developing marketing strategies.
- Support Restaurant Manager in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Location: Sentosa
5.5 Days work week.
