Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 & 2 technical support (onsite and remote) to end-users on hardware and software-related issues
- Resolve or coordinate issue resolution with onsite and remote staff or vendors
- Collaborate with HR for staff on-boarding/off-boarding IT tasks
- Offer administrative support including non-IT documentation and data entry
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in IT networking
- Minimum 3 years of IT network and support experience
- Proficient in networking, firewall, CCNA certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 365 admin
- Ability to support roadshows and trade fairs
