Position: Part Time Clinic Assistant

Job Description:
Position: Clinic Assistant
Location: Serangoon Central
Working hours: Tuesday and Friday nights (6-9.30pm), Sunday (830am-1pm) (subject to change; additional nights may be required)
Salary: $13 to $16 per hour
Duration: Part Time
Industry: GP
Main Responsibilities:
– Handle patients’ enquiries and needs
– Provide assistance to doctors during consultation session and procedures
– Perform counter duties (Registration, Billing, and Appointment)
– General admin duties and corporate claims
– Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Full training provided
– Minimum 1 year experience in Clinic/Hospital/Healthcare environment
– Patient, proactive, willing to learn, able to work under minimal supervision
– Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
