Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the cinema, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure excellent customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including concession supplies and equipment.
• Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, accounting, and cash management.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase ticket sales.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Coordinate and manage film schedules, special events, and screenings.
• Maintain the cinema’s facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Liaise with film distributors and negotiate booking terms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cinema or retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• A passion for films and the entertainment industry.
• Min diploma qualifications in business management or a related field preferred.
