Job Description
- Implement Logistics Strategy to support the overall Sales and Logistics.
- Provide monthly reports to the Management highlighting business performance, competitive landscape, and recommendations for increasing revenue.
- Manage existing customers trading today.
- Assist procurement and operational team members in tender responses.
- Liaise with 3rd party service providers following strict guidelines to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure all customer requirements are well understood and responded to considering company capabilities.
- Work closely with internal departments through regular meetings to ensure client needs are communicated efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure timely payments collection.
- Determine and assess the need for additional staff or consultants and oversee recruitment.
- Supervise team members, influence positive action, and ensure accountability.
- Ensure timely billing for all jobs.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
- In-depth knowledge of all products and services.
