Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team as a KTD TS Operations ASPAC Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
As the Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and project managers, to ensure that the Scrum framework is implemented effectively. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to improve team productivity and deliver maximum value.
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience in software development and project management is also preferred.
