Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain reports such as variance analysis and other reports as directed.
- Support account closing, account reconciliation, and GST returns.
- Handle website related maintenance matters and issues.
- Ensure all deadlines and schedules are met on time in accordance with workflow, procedures, and policies.
Requirements:
- AP & AR experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (oral & written).
- Knowledge in accounting software.
- Fast worker with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet reporting deadlines.
