Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs), etc.
- Engage with customers through email and phone communications.
- Handle customers feedback, complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide after sales support as needed.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Able to work independently.
- Skilled in computer use and adept at multitasking.
Working days: 5.5 days per week
Working location: Pioneer
