Job Description
Our client, a global leader in gateway services, is looking to hire an Airline Customer Service Agent for a position based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
– Check-in, greet passengers, and ensure a smooth departure process.
– Assist passengers with special needs and provide customer service in premier lounges.
– Handle buffet table presentations, meet/greet services, and basic transactions.
Requirements:
- Pleasant, cheerful, with good interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, with a service mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Proficient in English and a second language for international communication.
