Job Description
Will be responsible for the entire project
Making sure that the projects are completed on time within scope.
Establish timelines and calculate labor and material costs
Plan and develop the project idea
Create and lead the team
Must put potential effort in issues that arise in the project such as deadlines and defective works
Money Management
Evaluate Project Performance
Material Coordination and purchase
Keep access of all the contractors work from contract negotiations to final paper signature work
