Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing full payroll
- Ensure 100% accuracy for basic salary, fixed allowances, CPF contributions, as well as the payment of monthly variables including, overtime, commission, shift allowance, meal allowance, good attendance allowance, transport reimbursement, etc.
- Prepare monthly costing reports for the Finance Department
- Maintain HR records in the system
- Payroll audit, maternity leave, childcare leave, NS claim, the declaration of personal income via FORM IR21 for all foreign workers, and the arrangement of final cheque payment to the resignees
- Statutory surveys (MOM Labour Survey etc.)
- Leave Management
- Insurance Management
- iSubmit (WICA)
- Any other ad hoc reports requested by stakeholders
Assist with other Human Resource-related activities such as:
- Conducting policy briefing, run through of re-employment contract for part-time and junior job positions
- Communicate and update all employees on policy changes & their implications
