Job Description
Applicants for this position must be team players, collaborating with other staff and the General Manager to run day-to-day operations. The workplace will be in the East, and working weekends is a requirement. Responsibilities include planning menus, taking orders, setting tables, making recommendations on dishes, managing restaurant and bar inventory, and working with the GM on hygiene practices.
