Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Advisor/coach to Local leaders on HR issues and business goals.
- Fostering employee engagement and performance at the site.
- Recruiting if not in SSC at country level.
- Manage local HR Services and problem resolution.
- Formulation of local market needs to improve HR performance.
- Responsible for the HR budget of the location.
- Delivery of local transformation projects.
- Manage and develop labor relationships and dispute resolution.
- Monitor and take countermeasures for HR KPIs.
- Ensuring HR compliance and collaboration with external partners.
- Execute country/site-specific trainings and provide guidance to HR team.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in HR or international environment.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills.
- Service orientation, independence, and organizational talent.
- Business orientation, moderation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent conceptual capability.
