Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our pre-opening team at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, the role involves driving revenue through effective sales strategies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new market opportunities
- Sell various offerings like Weddings and Banquets
- Prepare sales projections and reports, conduct market research
- Manage key accounts, maintain relationships with clients and agencies
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role, pre-opening experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities
- Independent, self-motivated with stakeholder management skills
