Job Description
- Develop and deliver curriculum: Design and implement a curriculum aligning with the AEIS syllabus. Create lesson plans, choose teaching materials, and utilize effective teaching strategies.
- Teach English language or Mathematics: Instruct in English language skills and Mathematics concepts relevant to the AEIS exam.
- Conduct assessments: Evaluate students’ progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments. Give constructive feedback for improvement.
- Provide individualized support: Identify student needs, offer personalized assistance, and conduct extra practice sessions.
- Track student performance: Maintain records, prepare progress reports, and communicate with parents or guardians.
- Foster a positive learning environment: Establish a supportive classroom with active participation and effective behavior management.
- Education and certification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education or related field. Teaching certification/license is beneficial.
- Subject expertise: Strong knowledge in English language and Mathematics, focusing on AEIS syllabus topics.
- Teaching experience: Prior experience in teaching, especially with government or international schools. Experience in test preparation is advantageous.
