Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in sheet metal component designs using ZWCAD and Solidworks
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with manufacturing team for design specification adherence
- Participate in quality control activities and inspections
- Communicate with team members and suppliers for project progress
- Maintain accurate design records in ERP and Agile
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Reverse engineer and design racks
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or related
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Conversant with GD&T standards and CAD software
- Knowledge in Sheet Metal manufacturing processes
- CNC and Metal Stamping experience preferred
- Proficient in SAP, Agile, and MS Office
- CNC programming and fixture design skills a plus
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Immediate availability or short notice period
- Product design experience, especially in Rack design, is a bonus
